Policy Committee

The Policy Committee is comprised of one elected or appointed representative from each of the 15 governmental entities participating in the Lower St. Croix JPA, with the exception of Chisago County, which has three representatives on the committee.

The committee meets quarterly on the 4th Monday of the month, 4-6pm.

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is made up of staff from participating entities in the Lower St. Croix JPA, as well as advisory staff members from BWSR. Members of this committee are responsible for the day-to-day plan implementation.

The committee meets on the 4th Wednesday of the month, 1-2:30pm.

Advisory Committee

The Advisory Committee includes all members of the Steering Committee as well as designated representatives from local, state, and federal agencies.

The advisory committee meets once per year to approve the annual work plan.
